Lotte Luscher

Lotte Lüscher (b. 1966) is a Ph.D. in business psychology. Besides being an organizational psychologist, she works as assistant professor and external lecturer at Danish universities and is also the author of a number of books and papers on paradoxes, for instance: Working through paradox (2012) and “Managing Leadership Paradoxes” (Routledge 2018)

On the basis of her research into paradoxes in leadership at LEGO, Lotte has developed the leadership development test tool MPindicator (see www.mpindicator.dk), which she certifies consultants and occupational psychologists to use in leadership development courses in municipalities, regions, state organizations and private companies. Based in a European context, Lotte works with action research, management development, lectures, supervision and action learning in a large number of public and private workplaces

Lotte Lives in Aarhus, Denmark and is often around cities in Europe, giving lectures, keynotes and working with universities and organizations
